At Aux Spa, we are committed to providing professional, reliable, and convenient doorstep spa and massage services. To ensure smooth scheduling and avoid misunderstandings, please review our Cancellation & Refund Policy before booking your appointment.
Important Notice
- ✔ Before Therapist Confirmation Call → Cancellation or Rescheduling Allowed (within 10 days)
- ✖ After Therapist Confirmation Call → No Cancellation or Future Rescheduling Allowed
- ✔ Same-Day Rescheduling May Be Allowed (Subject to Therapist Availability)
1. Advance Payment Policy
All appointments require a ₹500 advance payment at the time of booking confirmation. This advance amount secures your appointment slot and therapist allocation.
2. Before Therapist Confirmation Call
Customers may cancel or reschedule their appointment before receiving the therapist’s confirmation call.
- Advance payment is non-refundable.
- Advance amount can be adjusted toward a future booking.
- The adjustment must be used within 10 days from the original booking date.
3. After Therapist Confirmation Call
Once the therapist has contacted the customer and confirmed the appointment:
- No cancellation will be permitted.
- No future-date rescheduling will be permitted.
- Same-day rescheduling may be considered based on therapist availability.
- The ₹500 advance payment will be forfeited if the appointment is cancelled.
4. Therapist On The Way
If the therapist has already started travelling to the customer’s location and the appointment is cancelled:
- 50% of the service fee will be payable.
- Applicable two-way travel charges will be payable.
- The advance payment will be adjusted against the payable amount.
5. Therapist Arrives at Location
If the therapist reaches the service location but the service cannot be performed due to:
- Customer unavailable
- Incorrect address provided
- Apartment, hotel, or security denies entry
- Customer refuses the service
Then:
- The full service fee will remain payable.
- Applicable travel charges will remain payable.
6. No-Show Policy
If the customer is unavailable at the confirmed location and scheduled appointment time:
- The appointment will be treated as a No-Show.
- Full service charges may be applicable.
- Travel charges may be applicable.
- No refund, credit, or adjustment will be provided.
7. Service Provider Cancellations
In rare situations where a therapist is unable to attend due to illness, emergency, or unforeseen circumstances:
- An alternative therapist may be arranged.
- The appointment may be rescheduled.
- The advance payment may be adjusted toward a future booking.
8. Refund Policy
Refunds are applicable only under the following circumstances:
- Duplicate payment made by the customer.
- Payment processing error.
- Aux Spa is unable to provide the confirmed service.
Approved refunds will be processed within 2 business days through the original payment method whenever possible.
9. Governing Law
This Cancellation & Refund Policy shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the use of Aux Spa services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
