Welcome to Aux Spa. By accessing, browsing, or using our website and booking our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services.

1. Definitions

  • Company / We / Us / Our: Refers to Bolgattycare Wellness operating under the brand Aux Spa.
  • Customer / Client / You / Your: Refers to any individual booking or using our services.
  • Service Provider / Therapist / Beautician: Refers to trained professionals engaged to deliver massage and beauty services.
  • Services: Refers to at-home massage, beauty, wellness, and related services listed on our website.

2. Scope of Services

  • Services are provided at the customer’s home, office, hotel, or approved location subject to availability.
  • Customers are responsible for ensuring the service environment is safe, hygienic, and accessible.
  • Services are strictly professional and non-medical in nature.
  • Illegal, unsafe, or inappropriate requests will not be entertained.

3. Booking & Payments

  • Bookings may be made through our website, WhatsApp, or customer support channels.
  • A non-refundable ₹500 advance payment is required at the time of booking.
  • Remaining charges and applicable travel fees must be paid directly to the Service Provider after service completion.
  • Service prices may be updated periodically and are displayed on our website.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

  • If cancelled before therapist assignment, the advance may be adjusted toward a future booking.
  • If cancelled after the therapist is dispatched, 50% of the service fee plus travel charges will be payable.
  • If entry is denied after therapist arrival, the full service fee and travel charges will remain payable.
  • Refunds, where applicable, will be processed according to our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

5. Customer Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate booking information.
  • Ensure a safe, respectful, and suitable service environment.
  • Refrain from requesting illegal, unsafe, or inappropriate services.
  • Inform the therapist about any relevant medical conditions, allergies, or injuries before the session.

6. Service Provider Responsibilities

  • Maintain professionalism, punctuality, and hygiene standards.
  • Deliver services strictly according to the confirmed booking.
  • Not request personal favors or engage in activities beyond the service scope.
  • Report misconduct or unsafe conditions to the Company.

7. Company’s Role & Limitation of Liability

Aux Spa engages trained Service Providers; however, service execution remains the responsibility of the assigned Service Provider.

  • The Company shall not be liable for injury, loss, or damage unless directly caused by Company negligence.
  • The Company shall not be responsible for customer or third-party misconduct.
  • The Company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service use.

8. Prohibited Use

  • Using services for illegal or unauthorized purposes.
  • Activities that threaten the safety of Service Providers.
  • Providing false information or making fraudulent bookings.

9. Privacy & Data Protection

All customer information is collected, processed, and protected according to our Privacy Policy. Information may be shared only when necessary for service delivery or legal compliance.

10. Termination & Blacklisting

The Company reserves the right to deny service, suspend bookings, or permanently blacklist customers who:

  • Violate these Terms & Conditions.
  • Engage in harassment, abuse, or unsafe behavior.
  • Refuse to pay applicable service charges.

11. Modifications

Aux Spa reserves the right to amend or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be published on our website and become effective immediately upon posting.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
